Please take a moment today to pause in remembrance of our fellow carriers who lost their lives while performing their duties for the U.S. Postal Service. In 2015 at the National Convention, a binding resolution was passed to make September 15th "Rural Carrier Remembrance Day". There are multiple plaques displayed at the NRLCA National Office containing the names of those tragically lost while serving their community.
